Cancellation Policy

At Wedding Bells Couture, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, we aim to maintain fairness and efficiency in handling returns and refunds. Please read the following terms carefully before proceeding with a purchase.
Refunds May Be Granted in the Following Cases

Incorrect Item or Order Delivered
If you receive an entirely different product or order than what was confirmed at checkout. -
Defective Products
If the item has significant manufacturing defects that do not meet our quality standards and cannot be corrected through repairs.
Refunds Will Not Be Considered in These Cases
Shipping-Related Issues
We are not responsible for packages lost, delayed, or damaged during shipping, as stated in our Shipping Policy. Please contact the courier to resolve such issues.
Customer Errors
Refunds are not available for mistakes caused by incorrect information provided during the ordering process (e.g., size, color, shipping address).
Promotional or Discounted Items
Items purchased during sales, promotions, or at a discount are considered final sale and are not eligible for refunds.
Personal Dissatisfaction
Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction with the selected style, fit, or design. Please verify all details before confirming your purchase.
Normal Wear & Tear
Products showing signs of normal wear, usage, or damage caused after delivery are not eligible for refunds.
Production Time
Refunds will not be granted if customers feel the production time is too long or did not read the stated timelines.
Non-Stock Orders
All items ordered that is not in stock and then cancelled will be non refundable! Sale items is also non refundable
Adjustments or Modifications

Any changes or modifications requested after the order has been placed will incur additional charges.

We offer tailoring and adjustment services at an additional cost through our in-house team.
Return Eligibility & Process

In the event of a Cancellation of a rental or retail item with Wedding Bells a cancellation fee of 25% will be levied of the full contractual amount if done within 7 days of placement of original order.

After 7 days of placing the order or sale an amount of 50% of original contract amount will be payable.
All items cancelled 30 days or less before an event date as stated on contract will incur full payment of contract amount with no refund.
No cancellation without original paperwork and official reference numbers.
Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 30 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Shipping-Related Note
To align with our Shipping Policy, we recommend opting for additional shipping insurance at checkout to protect your purchase against courier-related issues.
Legal Compliance
This policy aligns with South African laws, including the Consumer Protection Act (CPA). Any disputes will be handled under South African jurisdiction.
