• Bookings can be modified up to 24-48 hours before the scheduled date.

• Cancellations after this period may incur fees or be non-refundable.

• We reserve the right to remove or cancel bookings at our discretion in cases of misuse or policy violations.

• For cancellations submitted at least 10 days after payment, 50% of the total amount will be refunded, provided the above conditions are met. (IN-STORE PURCHASES ONLY)

• For cancellations within 10 days of payment, 75% of the total amount will be refunded, provided the above conditions are met.

• All services and products are provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied.

• We disclaim all warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement.

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our services.

• This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, profit, or reputation.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising out of your misuse of the site or violation of these terms.
