Cancellation Policy

To ensure a seamless and exclusive experience for every client, please adhere to the following policies: ~~~ 1. Booking and Fees Appointments are by appointment only. A fitting fee is required to confirm your booking: Fees must be paid in advance via our secure online booking system using credit card or EFT. 2. Changes and Cancellations Appointments can be rescheduled to an available timeslot, subject to availability. Fitting fees are non-refundable if the appointment is canceled or not attended. 3. Children Policy To preserve the delicate nature of our collection and respect other clients, children under 10 years old are not allowed in the boutique. ~~~ We appreciate your understanding and look forward to providing you with an exceptional fitting experience.
